Tridel and its affiliates focus on diverse areas of real estate including development, sales, construction, property management and other related real estate services. To support these diverse operations, Tridel was looking to deploy a flexible system that streamlined accounting operations while allowing for an integrated view of all financial data to support improved decision making.

Ideaca will work with Tridel to implement a Financial Management solution based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 focusing initially on core financial management capabilities including finance & accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets. Future phases of the implementation will deploy additional capabilities across purchasing, inventory management and job costing. The new solution will provide Tridel with a familiar platform built upon proven Microsoft technologies to deliver value and support the diverse nature of Tridel’s businesses.
