Bovingdon is VP of Finance and CFO of Great Plains Exploration Inc., a junior oil and gas company listed on the TSX and has over 19 years of financial and executive experience. Bovingdon previously was VP of Finance and CFO of Electronics Manufacturing Group Inc. (a predecessor company to Adeptron) between October 1998 until June 2001. Bovingdon commenced his career with KPMG LLP and spent over 7 years in London,
England and Calgary, engaged in the audits of companies in a variety of industries, notably oil and gas E&P, manufacturing and financial services.
