Vancouver (canadaTECH.INFO) – November 28, 2008 - Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders September 15, 2008, Accelrate Power Systems Inc (TSX-V: APS) has consolidated its capital on a 5 old for 1 new basis and has subsequently increased its authorized capital. The name of the company has not been changed.
Effective at the opening Monday, December 1, 2008, shares of Accelrate Power Systems Inc. will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis under symbol “APR”.
Accelrate Power Systems has 5,759,834 post-consolidated shares issued and outstanding.
Vancouver based AccelRate Power Systems is the developer of AccelRate "High-Speed" battery chargers.
