Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders July 15, 2008, Texada Software has consolidated its capital on a 10 old for 1 new basis. Effective at the opening Wednesday, November 5, 2008, shares of Texada will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis under the existing symbol.
