Toronto (canadaTECH.INFO) – July 18, 2008 - Pursuant to a special resolution passed by its shareholders on June 19, 2008, Brighter Minds Media Inc. (TSX-V: BRI) has consolidated its capital on a 10 old for 1 new basis and has subsequently increased its authorized capital.
Following the closing of the consolidation, Brighter Minds Media Inc. has 6,920,012 shares issued and outstanding with 1,097,170 shares in escrow.
The name of the company has not been changed.
Effective at the opening July 21, 2008, the common shares of Brighter Minds Media Inc. will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. Stock symbol remains the same.
Brighter Minds Media, Inc., the parent company of Brighter Minds Media, LLC, offers a fun and educational line of products including software, DVD games and books. Brighter Minds is a Hargan Ventures investee company.
