Burnaby, BC (canadaTECH.INFO) - June 23, 2008 - QuestAir Technologies Inc. (TSX/LSE-AIM: QAR) announced today that the effective date of its previously announced common share consolidation on a 10 for 1 basis will be June 27, 2008.
Immediately following the share consolidation, QuestAir Technologies will have 11,268,318 post-consolidation common shares outstanding.
Burnaby, BC based QuestAir Technologies Inc. is a developer and supplier of proprietary gas purification systems for several large international markets, including existing markets such as oil refining, biogas production and natural gas processing, and emerging markets such as fuel cell power plants and fuel cell vehicle refueling stations.
